About this project

We were tasked to transform ideas into reality for OptiLogix by creating a platform capable of handling the sheer complexity and volatility of global logistics. The NexusPredict Platform is a proprietary B2B SaaS solution built on a high-scale infrastructure utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.

Our team engineered an advanced predictive machine learning model (specifically, a combination of XGBoost and proprietary time-series neural networks) that ingests and processes over 50 billion data points daily from siloed sources, including freight trackers, global economic indicators, and seasonal consumer trends. The key challenge was making these complex AI insights immediately accessible and actionable. We solved this with a sleek, intuitive dashboard focused on data storytelling, not just data display. The solution successfully reduced forecast error by 32%, directly translating to a 15% reduction in carrying inventory costs and minimizing fulfillment delays across seven major global hubs. This project required deep expertise in high-scale data infrastructure, complex algorithm deployment, and human-centered design principles to make AI digestible for logistics teams.
